Growing up, my parents were my heroes. My Dad, an entrepreneur running his construction company, and my Mom, a dedicated insurance agent, taught me invaluable lessons in resilience and the pursuit of passion. When our house burned down, we rebuilt it together, fostering teamwork and resilience.
From a young age, I discovered my love for hairstyling, empowering others through self-expression. Joining Vidal Sassoon Salon at 21, I honed my craft and leadership skills, setting high standards for myself. Eventually, I founded Salon Concrete, driven by a vision of community and excellence.
Balancing entrepreneurship, family, and personal growth, I encountered challenges, including health issues and business setbacks. Yet, through resilience and a growth mindset, I turned adversity into opportunity.
Today, as a certified leadership coach and practitioner in various modalities, I'm committed to empowering others in the beauty industry and beyond. Let's embark on this journey together towards success and fulfillment!
